At Fit Friends, we believe that fitness and exercise should be fun and accessible to all kids! Fit Friends is a fitness program for preschool through middle school aged children taught by a certified personal trainer specializing in youth fitness and kids yoga. Fit Friends is perfect for children who have an interest in team sports and for those not involved in sports but have a love of play time. The program will consist of games and activities that help improve fitness and can be tailored to each specific age group. Younger age groups will concentrate on skills such as throwing, catching, jumping and kicking, while the older age groups will also incorporate skills such as agility, strength and balance. The program will help build self confidence and strengthen relationships between students. The Fit Friends program can be customized based on the schools’ needs and can be parent funded or paid for by the school.
