Fit Friends is a six week program for preschool through middle school aged children taught by a certified personal trainer specializing in youth fitness.
Fit Friends is perfect for children who have an interest in team sports and for those not involved in sports but have a love of play time. The program consists of games and activities that help improve your child’s fitness and will be tailored to each specific age group.
Younger age groups will participate in activities incorporate throwing, catching, jumping, kicking, and balance, while the older age groups will also incorporate skills such as agility and strength. The program will help build self confidence and strengthen relationships between students.
